the staff prepared breakfast bags since i had to leave early. a taxi was arranged and waiting, very helpful. the team working there was really nice too, i appreciate that.
the a/c system in my room was loud. the room itself was dark, even with the lights on during the day, it was very gloomy.

The front desk staff answered my questions with a smile. They even prepared a bag for me because i missed breakfast. The hotel is within a short walk of the metro station. This made travel to and from the airport easy without taxi costs.
Access by car is not possible. Dragging luggage along the street is necessary. The reception area is also quite small.

the location is fantastic, close to everything (i loved this!). the staff was super helpful with directions. breakfast had many choices and omelets were made to order, how cool is that?
the pictures looked a bit misleading. i was told they're just for reference and might not match reality. our junior suite felt smaller than the pictures showed. (honestly, it was a bit of a bummer)

I stayed in a beautiful family room for a few nights. the beds were super comfy. I slept like a log! breakfast was also really good. The fresh coffee made on the spot was a nice touch. the location was excellent and i was able to walk around to see all the sites easily.
the room decor was very basic.
